You won't be climbing Mont-Blanc but close!

This cycling events draws more than 2,000 riders

Set against the backdrop of regal Mont Blanc and filled with tantalizing tests of cycling ability, the increasingly popular cyclo sportive, the Time-Megeve-Mont Blanc, has seen record numbers of participants in past years.

ATTENTION: THIS YEAR'S COURSE HAS CHANGED: Starting in Sallanches, the race Cluses before tackling the difficult Col de la Colombiere (1613 m - 4840 ft), then down to beautiful Le Grand Bornand and St. Jean de Sixt where the climb to the Col des Aravis (1486 m - 4450 ft) will start. The last pass is Col des Saisies (1655 m - 4965 ft.) . All in all, it is a gorgeous challenge.

Conveniently located close to Geneva , Megeve is easily accessible, making this the perfect opportunity to participate in a mass-timed cycling event amidst sumptuous alpine scenery (make sure to save some energy for the breathtaking panoramas!). The race takes place in June and is an excellent training opportunity to prepare for other cyclo Sportives, such as La Marmotte, and L’Etape du Tour.

 
Itinerary:
 

Friday, June 6th: Arrive in Geneva.
Geneva is serviced by most European low-cost airlines including Easyjet (www.easyjet.com). From there, we will transfer you to your place of stay in Combloux, just a few pedal strokes from the starting line.

Although we’ve scheduled only one transfer at 3:00 pm to accommodate most riders arriving on BA and Easyjet flights, be assured that we will add other transfers if you arrive later (our office is a very short drive from the airport).  From there, we will transfer you to your hotel where you will dine and overnight.  Over dinner, we will go over the next few two days’ itinerary
 

Saturday, June 7th: Day at leisure
After breakfast, we’ll ride to the Club des Sports to pick up our bib numbers. This will be followed by a short 40-km ride to loosen up the legs and check the bike.  If necessary, be assured we’ll assist you with your bike tuning.  If you prefer to ride on your own, we’ll provide you with a few self-guided loops.  Dinner will take place at the hotel.
 
Sunday, June 8th: Time-Megève-Mont-Blanc.

After a hearty breakfast, we’ll ride together to the start of the race.  We won’t see you until the race is over!   We’ll operate a transfer at 5:00 pm which will take you back to Geneva airport at 6:00 pm.  Please do not book a flight that evening before 7:30 pm.  For those who can’t, we can book you in a hotel located across the airport.  We will transfer you in the morning.

This package includes 2-night accommodations in a 2-star property in Combloux,daily breakfast, daily dinner, transfer from Geneva airport to your hotel on June 6, transfer from your hotel to Geneva on June 7, entry to the Time-Megeve-Mont-Blanc, guided ride on June 7, all tax and service charges.
