1. Reservations
All prices are quoted in euros. We require a deposit of 200 euros to have your reservation guaranteed. The balance of the trip cost will be collected 60 days prior to trip departure date. Cancellations are subject to a fee: 100 euros per person if done 60 days before tour departure date, 200 euros per person if done 31 to 60 days before tour departure date. No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to tour departure date.

In the event that we must cancel a tour, full refunds will be provided for the tour package. SARL Cyclomundo will not be responsible for any additional charges such as non-refundable airline tickets.

2. Eligibility
Clients are responsible for selecting a trip that suits their abilities, level of fitness and state of health.

Insurance: We strongly advise our clients to purchase travel insurance. You may do it through WorldTravelCenter.com (see www.cyclomundo.com/travelmundo). All clients should have a third party personal liability insurance in case clients cause damage/accident to a third party (pedestrian, cyclist, etc…)

3. Responsibility
SARL Cyclomundo and its agents and associates act only as agents for the traveler and accept no responsibility for the products and services provided by any tour operator, bicycle renter, accommodations, restaurant, transportation used in connection with these tours, nor any liability for claims, damages, expenses or other financial loss to persons or property. In the event that is becomes necessary or advisable to alter the itinerary or arrangements, such alterations will be made without penalty to the operator.

SARL Cyclomundo reserves the right to decline to accept any person as a member of a tour at any time.

Passports & Visas: All clients are responsible to have all proper visa requirements in order.
