A mass-timed cycling event, L’ Etape du Tour allows thousands of cyclists to ride an actual stage of the Tour de France. Since 1993, the ASO, the Tour de France’s parent company, organizes l'Etape du Tour to give riders the opportunity to prove themselves on one of the current year’s toughest stages. As done last year, ASO (Amaury Sport Organisation), the parent company of the Tour de France and the Etape du Tour has announced two events in 2012:

For those who want to do Etape #1 and Etape #2, we offer a special combo price of 450 euros for both entries. BEFORE BUYING, NOTE that foreign riders no longer have to go through a tour operator to secure entry-only places. It will be possible to get these online via theEtape du Tour website. Through their online system, entry-only places will be available at the rate of 75 euros (the first 3,000 places); at the rate of 95 euros (the second batch of 3,000). Their online system will be up and ready on November 17th. If you can't secure an entry-only place this way, you may buy your entry through Cyclomundo at the rate of 250 euros. No refund will be provided IN ANY CASE... hence, you may want to wait until the Etape du Tour's online booking system is ready!

| Albertville - La Toussuire- Etape Alps Express: 3-night guided option (July 6th thru July 9th) This package is ideal for those who want a quick stress-free trip. For this package, we use a 3- and 4- star residences and appart'hotels in the resort of La Toussuire, all are located a few pedal strokes from the finish line. Our package includes 3-night accommodations, daily breakfast, daily dinner, transfers between Geneva airport and your hotel on July 6 and 9, roundtrip transfer to Albertville on July 7 (registration day), transfer to Albertville on July 8, mechanic services, secure bicycle storage facilities, guide service throughout trip, all tax and service charges

| Albertville - La Toussuire - Etape Alps Relax: 4-night guided option (July 5th thru 9th) This package is ideal for those who want to do the Etape in a relaxed way--stress-free! Whether they travel on their own or with non-riding partners. For non-riding partners, a picnic with viewing of the race is organized. This package is done with property in Albertville (3 nights) and another one (1 night) in La Toussuire. The detail of this package will announced on November 17th.
