Arrive in Annecy at the time of your choice (transfer from Geneva to Annecy can be arranged). Check-in at your hotel. Meet with our guide to go over itinerary. Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

Day 2: Annecy - St. Jorioz (46 km or 29 miles)
Your first ride will take you along the Cheran river, around the Semnoz mountain and into the "Bauges Massif," a natural reserve and park. Your climb will be rewarded with majestic sites (Pont du Diable) and spectacular views over Lake Annecy. Dinner and overnight in St. Jorioz.

Day 3: St. Jorioz - Le Grand Bornand (49 km or 31 miles; long option is 63 km or 40 miles)
The Lake guides your way for the first few miles, after which you begin the climb of the day (Col du Marais from Saint-Ferreol). AS you ride through the heart of the Aravis mountain range, you will pass Thones and Saint-Jean-de-Sixt before arriving at the stunning village resort of Le Grand-Bornand. Please note that our longer and more difficult option will take you to Le Grand Bornand through La Clusaz over the "Col de la Croix Fry"). Dinner and overnight in Le Grand Bornand.

Day 4: Le Grand Bornand - Ayse (44 km or 28 miles)
You will ride through the Aravis mountains and over the Col de la Colombière (1,618 m or 4,854 ft.)--a TdF classic before enjoying a fast descent to "Chartreuse du Reposoir." Following the Arve River will lead you to the wine-making village of Ayse, where you'll dine and overnight. Note that it is possible to make this ride longer by adding a section through the Mont Saxonnex.

Day 5: Ayze - Annecy (52 km or 32 miles; long option is 70 km or 44 km)
Today's route takes you through the scenic Bornes mountain range. This last ride of the trip offers marvelous sites and remarkable villages. We strongly recommend the longer version through the Saleve mountain (1,342 m or 4,026 ft.) with its amazing views over Lake Geneva and the Geneva area.
