Start off by wandering the charming streets and historic sites of Avignon, then meander on quiet roads to the Gard area, where you can marvel at the ever-present Roman heritage. After that you pass through the Camargue National Park, where egrets, flamingos, bulls and wild horses are not just images on postcard, and finally explore the Alpilles, where artists like Van Gogh found beauty and inspiration. |
|||
| It is difficult to imagine a wider range of sites and places of interest! Yet, this is not simply a trip of touristy places, but rather an opportunity to experience real and living places, and the people coexisting with their rich history of cultural heritage. | |||
