Guided and self-guided vacations in
France, Italy, Spain, & Switzerland
Freedom: Self-Guided Trips
In French, "Self-guided tour" translates into a more meaningful "Tour en Liberté" (Freedom Tour). Freedom, independence, flexibility, convenience are what characterize our self-guided tours.

Freedom: Self-Guided Trips

  • Freedom:
You start your tour when you want! You organize your day as you please: there's no schedule to abide by: no leader will tell you when to leave, when to lunch, when to visit a specific museums. No one will slow you down or pressure you to speed up
  • Independence:
You are given a very detailed cue sheet, descriptive route notes, and maps of the area as well as a list of local contacts and phone numbers (bicycle shops, tour guides).
  • Flexibility:
Most tours can be altered to accommodate your schedule and requirements: guided city tours can be added, itinerary can be shortened, etc.. Tell us what you wish to change in the tours offered below and we'll tell you whether or not it's possible.
  • The benefits:
A self-guided tour is cheaper than a guided tour. It also provides a more enriching experience: you are more likely to meet locals and learn first-hand about the area than you would as a group.
