When you first imagine a tour with a support vehicle, it’s not uncommon to imagine one of the stressful stages from a professional race you’ve seen on TV. On top of that, when considering the idea of a guided tour, that memory from the painfully cheesy bus tour you took a few years back may surface again! …Don’t worry, we’ve been in these situations ourselves and would NEVER want to put you through the same. This IS a vacation after all!

The truth of the matter is, this vacation option is perfect for a wide range of people. These people have included: both serious to leisurely cycling clubs, corporate outings, and the friends and family “get-together” with riders of various fitness levels. 

We feel the success of a bicycle vacation relies heavily on you feeling comfortable and relaxed. That is why, for our guided tours, we place such an emphasis on maintaining relationships with only the best tour guides to accompany you on your trip. Our guides aren’t “pushy” like the tour guide on that bus a few years ago (sorry, we won’t speak of him again… I promise!).

Our “Supported trips” include accommodations, daily breakfast, daily dinner, cue sheets and/or marked maps, and our chauffeur-driven vehicle. Equipped with a 12-bicycle rack, the vehicle will come handy if there’s inclement weather, if some riders in your group want a day off, or if they choose not to ride some of the daily route. Also, the vehicle allows for excellent picnic options. We provide the picnic materials, local food products, and even provide our insight for the best picnic locations!  If you choose this “supported trip” option, please give us enough notice as they’re in high demand and we have a limited number of guides and vehicles.
