Special booking and cancellation conditions in light of COVID-19

 

For bookings received from March 14, 2022 and on, until further notice:

 

1.  This policy applies to our entire tour catalog
2.  Clients contact us and fill out the booking form
3.  We check availability on the client's requested dates. If available, we confirm the trip to the clients.
4.  In order to keep the rooms on hold, clients have to pay a 100-euro deposit (and not 200 euros as per our standard conditions)
5.  Invoice and voucher are not issued until 45 days prior to the trip (and not 60 days as per our standard booking conditions).  Clients then have 7 days to settle payment.

Within these 7 days, they have the option to choose not to proceed.  If they choose to cancel, the 100-euro deposit is kept as a credit towards a future trip (to be used by the end of 2022 towards a trip to be taken in 2023).



For bookings received from March 9, 2020 and until March 13, 2022:

 

1.  This policy applies to our entire tour catalog
2.  Clients contact us and fill out the booking form
3.  We check availability on the client's requested dates. If available, we confirm the trip to the clients.
4.  In order to keep the rooms on hold, clients have to pay a 50-euro deposit (and not 200 euros as per our standard conditions)
5.  Invoice and voucher are not issued until 30 days prior to the trip (and not 60 days as per our standard booking conditions).  Clients then have 7 days to settle payment.

Within these 7 days, they have the option to choose not to proceed.  If they choose to cancel, the 50-euro deposit is kept as a credit towards a future trip (to be used by the end of 2022 towards a trip to be taken in 2023).
