1. This policy applies to part of our tour catalog; applicable tours are listed HERE
2. Clients contact us and fill out the booking form
3. We check availability on the client's requested dates. If available, we confirm the trip to the clients.
4. In order to keep the rooms on hold, clients have to pay a 50-euro deposit
5. Invoice and voucher are not issued until 30 days prior to the trip. Clients then have 7 days to settle payment.
Within these 7 days, they have the option to choose not to proceed. If they choose to cancel, the 50-euro deposit is kept as a credit towards a future trip (to be used by the end of 2021).
